The publication of the Notice of Appointment of Liquidator in the RDPRM and in the land registry (if the estate includes real property) aims to inform the heirs, creditors, and debtors of the estate about the existence and identity of the liquidator, providing them with better protection.
If this notice is not published, the liquidator could be personally held liable for any damages suffered by a third party.
